Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed or partially consumed dietary supplements CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
1. Eligibility
Only unopened, factory‑sealed, undamaged products with complete original packaging can be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery, together with purchase proof.
2. Return Process
Please contact our customer service before sending back goods. Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer. We do not cover return freight.
3. Refund
After we receive and inspect returned goods, refund for product value will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment channel. Original shipping cost is non‑refundable.
4. Exclusions
We refuse returns for goods damaged caused by improper storage after customer receipt, opened supplement products, clearance / final‑sale items.
